Winter Stampin' Retreat

I wanted to post an announcement about an upcoming retreat hosted by two friends, Joyce Ehlers and Michelle Tech. I talked to Michelle on Friday and she emailed me the info, I will forward the email this week. I thought I would post it on the blog, too.

Join Joyce & Michelle for a customer appreciation weekend (your friends are welcome, too!) of stamping fun away from the chores and other distractions of home. You deserve a few days to yourself to regain your sanity and some time to enjoy doing something you love!

$75.00 per person includes catered Saturday lunch and Friday & Saturday dinners, a goody bag FULL of Stampin' Up! product, and all of our Stampin' Up! punches, ink pads, Big Shot machine and dies, tools and stamp sets at your disposal, plus door prizes! Bring your own stamping and scrapping projects or copy our many samples and projects we will have on display, and join in our Make & Takes! We'll have a table for Cricuts and other tools that need to be plugged in.

Rooms are $69.99 per night with 1-4 people in a room with two queen beds. That's only $17.50 per night if you share a room with 3 other people! Free hot breakfast is included with the room. Make n Take Saturday

Just wanted to share this cute, fun make n take that we will be making on Saturday!!! Five little envelopes with Glimmer Misted Tags. All you have to do is adhere the envelopes, cover with paper and decorate the tags with stamps and ribbons. I glimmer misted all the tags, so the rest is a breeze for you. the perfect little gift of tags for a friend or for your own personal use!!!

Kelly's Project

I wanted to share this awesome project that Kelly Straker sent via email to me. She cut apart some KI Glitter Lace Snowflake paper, and hung the snowflakes with silver cord and white organza ribbon. Love it! They look amazing on this vintage window frame. Love the window and I think I might have to swipe her table. Gorgeous!

Thanks for sharing with us Kelly, it gives me ideas for the store window and more. Just what I needed more projects!!!

Pink Paislee Trees and a Give Away

I hope everyone is in the Christmas Spirit and getting ready for the Holiday! Are you busy finishing up your Christmas Cards, mini albums and all kinds of other little projects??? I always have tons of ideas and projects in mind, but time slips away and things get put on hold. Sound familiar??? I always have the best of intentions to make tons of homemade gifts and fun little surprises for family and friends, but work, family, stress always seem to win out!
