Saturday, November 20 at 10 am and 1 pm, Fancy Pants Traditions Card Class. Cost is $15.00. Please bring a paper trimmer, scissors, adhesive, (including pop dots and glue dots) and a cats eye ink of your choice. Call 721-7529 or email artplay@rushmore.com to reserve your spot. This kit is only available for class! If I have extras, I will sell them after the class.
We will be making 6 cards, envelopes are included and 2 gift tags, with the latest Christmas Line from Fancy Pants...Traditions. Simply beautiful!
Due to a lot of cancellations lately and no shows for class, I am forced to go back to holding your spot with a credit card number or pre paying for class. I hate to have to do this, but I end up turning people away for class and then people cancel or don't show up... we both lose out! Please understand! Your money will be refunded with a 24 hour notice. If you do not show up, your card will be charged or funds will be kept.

Bo Bunny Winter Joys Cards in a great little box perfect for gift giving or of course, keeping for yourself. We will be making 6 identical cards, distress inking and embossing the star and ornament. Top them off with a cute little bow and a way you go, with great gift. Fast, simple and gorgeous. And yes, I will be showing you how to make the great bow on the box, completed with the jingle bell!

New Layouts

Couple layouts to share using lots of Cosmo Cricket. This one to participate in the Sketch #34 contest at Sketchabilities. http://www.sketchabilities.blogspot.com/ Loved the sketch and had a ton of fun with it. Even used some images from the new Cricut Imagine Cosmo Cricket Cartridge on both of the layouts...thanks to Lori for the help. Kind of cool!

This next on was totally inspired by a layout I saw in the November Scrapbook Trends by Ellen Sasnoski called Sarasota on page 73. Fantastic layout!

I know it's a little late notice on this class but it's super cute and fun. Let me know if you would like the layout for a boy or a girl. The My Mind's Eye Alphabet Soup line has boy and girl papers and the boy would just be the same version of this only blue. Different patterns but the same great layout. This Alphabet Soup has nice petite patterns for card making and lots of different types of paper crafting. So fun to create with, another winner from My Mind's Eye!!! Will be using a bit of Glimmer Mist and the new paper rosette die from Tim Holtz!

A day off..time to create and a contest for you....

I had this wonderful, blustery, windy day off! Can't believe fall is gone and winter is arriving. It did give me a chance to create though. I finished my layout for Echo Park's Halloween Challenge. Love it..love the zipper, acrylic and the cool flower!!!

One more that I finished up today with My Mind's Eye Alphabet Soup, new canvas Prima's and a banner I made with Melissa Frances' Crepe Paper. I used the Big Shot to cut out the banner and again to cut out the fun rosette with the new Tim Holtz die. Love the banner and those new Prima's.I might get one more done tonight, not sure.

MME's Blog Challenge 16, Black

Sharing the fun challenge from My Mind's Eye! Great fun and great way for me to get my pictures scrapped. The challenge; use black. I don't use a lot of black in anything, so that was interesting enough, but I had this great photo of Maxenzi and really wanted to get it done. It just all worked out. Here's the sketch.
