Lori Whitlock October Creative Team Hop

Welcome to the October Creative Team Hop!  I don't know about you guys, but I can't wait to see what amazing things my team mates have created for you.  They always just blog me away with their designs using Lori's files!

This is just the cutest file, love me some Doodlebug!

I made the Explosion Valentines Box and used it for more of a Fall project using Lori's Echo Park Farmer's Market collection.  This little box simply explodes with all kinds of details. The heart box has a little place for a gift and then the little envelopes and pockets hold tags, photos and more.  And notice the sides of the box the fold in, oh my goodness, they are heart shaped too!  You can find this little box of love in the Silhouette Design Store here.  Lori also has a tutorial on how to assemble the explosion boxes, you can find that you can find here.

This just of a close up of all the little tags I stashed inside!

Thank you for stopping by my blog today and I hope you enjoy the hop along the way!  Here's a list to follow!

Tulla and Norbert's Christmas Party Cards

Hoping you have lots of fun with this kit.  These little guys are just too cute.  You will create 18 cards total.  Follow the directions on the back of the cover of your kit, cut carefully. You have an extra sticker sheet to create the extra 8. I added a bit of layering and some embellishments, you will create two each of the cards on the front cover and one each of the bonus ones that I added.
As always, you will need a paper trimmer, scissors, adhesive including pop dots, glue dots and a tape runner.  I pop dotted most of the stickers up.  You can tell by the photos.

For Fa la la la la, I added the black matt, rounded the corners of the tag, and the black and white ribbon and hearts.

For the Joy card, all I added was the light blue circle and gem snowflake. Those little white scallop borders are hard to see on your sticker sheet, but I promise they are there.

Holly Jolly is added the white snowflake.

These next two cards with Santa on the chair, I added to the kit...just follow the pictures to create them.  Pretty straight forward.

Holiday Cheer, I did not change a thing.  I was happy with this one.

For the sweater card, I added the scallop circle because I wasn't going to cut one out of the paper.  I don't like to hand cut.  Lol.  I added the ribbon and changed the sentiment.  I just layered over the top with another.  I didn't like "you make ugly look good" was very nice.

For Better not Pout, I added the ribbon, the pink scallop rectangle and red scallop border.

Only added the gem snowflakes to Warmest Wishes!

Through out all the cards, I added little hearts, which I have included...the just add a touch more to the cards.

Have fun, create and enjoy the process.  They are just too cute!

I have this super fun Large Haunted House  to share with you today.  I love this and I had so much fun putting this together.  My guy even helped me add lights to it.  I used Lori's Echo Park I love Halloween Collection  for the embellishments, some Halloween colored bottle trees and it's sits on top of a ouija board.  It's just so dang fun, I can't wait to take it to work and decorate my little reception area.  Lori has the best tutorial on putting this together, it was really quite easy.  You can find it here .  You can find the file here in the Silhouette Design Store,  The lights we added are mini led lights!

Thank you for joining!

I made Lori's new box card lemonade jar.  So stinkin' cute.  I used glitter card stock for the lid and I love how that turned out.  I completed the little card with elements from
Lori's Echo Park A Slice of Summer collection.

Sweet As Honey Card and Layout Class

Here are the photos of my Sweet As Honey Class.  I have designed this kits with lots of love, I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

Almost everything has been cut for you, there is black and white card stock in your kit to layer and mat.  You can tell from the photos, pretty close to what size you need to cut.  The photos are jumping point for your creativity.  Everything is layered in bags for the cards and layouts, (the layouts pieces are separated by a piece of printer paper).  Don't fret the measurements just play and create.

Even though the cards are scored, still line up the corners and hold them as you fold.  I have left some pieces for you to cut, so you can create as you wish.  You can embellish and get carried away by the cuteness.  Some envelopes are included...some won't fit in envelopes.

You will need a paper trimmer, ruler, scissors, adhesive, glue dots, pop dots, scor tape, and baby powder.

The back side holds a little gift card.

Choose any paper for this card.  Lots of options, just trim to fit.

Cut this piece as a whole, then divide and flip.

Just a bit a of trimming on this card, just size the flowers as you wish.

On this next to cards, remember to unsticky some of the stickers with baby powder.

You will need to cut the black for this layout, approximately 6 1/2 by 9, and the sunflower is 6x4.

The gnome paper is 6 1/2 by 9!

I am smitten with this line, and I could have kept creating forever....please keep creating with your leftovers....there's a ton.  Remember you have lots of black for matting and little strips, and you have two sheets of stickers, one in your pack and one that is just in your bag.  Plus your little ephemera kit.  Familiarize yourself with the pieces before you get started, or even spread it all out and organize it before you get started.

Thank you for everything.
Relax and enjoy the process!
