Bo Bunny On the Go

Created the layout for Lynne..she asked me to take apart an old layout out of Adam playing with his Tonka Trucks...vintage 1989.  I couldn't dare do damage to the old layout, so I carefully took off the photos and scanned them to create a new layout!  Still has that vintage feel though..
I fell in love with this sketch over at
Let's Capture these Sketches, this one was created by JJ Sobey.  Two of my Practical Scrapper's team mates created stunning layouts with this sketch...Erin Morehouse and Krissy Clark Mckee. Their layouts are amazing!  Mine is a bit more basic and simple, but wanted to not lose that vintage look!
All supplies are Bo Bunny On The Go, I just added white and black card stock.  Lynne has all the product available at Scrappin' Ladies  in Pierre!

Sasparilla Shadow Box

Sharing a shadow box that I created with some fun October Afternoon Sasparilla.  I made this for my girl friend, Lori back home in Rapid City.  It's her birthday present!
Lori's little guy, Peyton, is my favorite little guy.  He used to come hang out with me at my store, sometimes with his mom and sometimes he would stay with me while she ran some errands.  We would play with the Cricut and create pirates and cowboys!  He loved it and I did too.  I miss that kid!

I started with a Kaisercraft photo display and painted in chocolate brown!
I had a whole slew of photo's to choose from!
Lots of fantastic papers from the OA Sasparilla line!
 Tons of embellishments too!
This is the finished product.  Okay, it might be a bit much on the embellishment line, but Lori loves tons of embellishments...her very favorite part of scrapping!
Here are a couple of closer shots!

Thanks for letting me share my favorite little buck a roo!

Momenta....Thinking of You

Playing and creating today with Momenta goodies!
I used Mini Chipboard Words ST-3055, and one of their cards bases!  I was moving a few things around in my scrap room and some Glubers from Cosmo Cricket fell into my line of sight.  I hadn't played with them for awhile, so I was inspired to make some ribbon flowers.  Seriously, what did we do before we had Glubers? I also used some washi tape from K&CO for the Smash line.  I used it as a border, and created the fun, little banner with it.  Love the look, love how it turned out!
