Sharing an easy project!

Super easy project that Maxenzi and I made..actually we made 3 of these shadow box frames in under an hour.
All you need is some scrapbook paper, a shadow box (Lori got mine at Michael's for me, they hold a 5x7 piece of paper), jingle bells (these have about 60 7/8 inch bells),
The Jingle All the Way is a vinyl piece from Stampin' Up, 114707, it is 3 x3-5/8...also comes larger 6x7-1/4. Stampin' Up Cherry Cobbler striped grosgrain ribbon, 125056!
Love how they turned out!

Made it to the Top 3!

Yay me!  I made it to the Top 3 at Practical Scrappers Card Contest.  Here's my final card.  The Challenge was to use your favorite manufacturer, your favorite tool, and favorite technique.  Not so easy to choose my favorite company...but I have been smitten with Crate Paper's Emma's Shoppe.
Favorite tool...sewing machine (funny thing is that all top 3 list this as their favorite tool.)
Favorite technique...dry embossing with my Big Shot!

Thank you, thank you for helping me get to the Top 3!
Couldn't have done it without you!
I really appreciate all of you!
Practical Scrapper's team picks the winner and announces it on Monday!
Wish me luck!

Getting Started on Christmas Cards..

If I start now, I might have a few done in time for Christmas.  Christmas cards are not my strong suit...but I am trying.  Some people, I won't name names, already have all of their Christmas Cards done...are you kidding me?!
These are sweet and simple!

I adore the new Doodle Pops from Doodlebug...they are cardstock stickers that are popped up and are available in over 60 styles.  Mr. Penguin is adorable and looks as sweet as can be combined with the embossing folder "Sending Christmas Love" from Sizzix!
I would love to hear what you have planned for your Christmas cards.

Sharing a Fabulous Card Kit and more...

I want to share with you an amazing Card Kit from the Jillibean Soup Card Kitchen!  I was so fortunate to win one of these kits last month from Jillibean Soup.
You can find the link here:
They send you an amazing collection of Jillibean Products...tons and tons.  They have the most detailed directions and pictures of each card. These cards are created by the fabulous Kimber McGray.  Such talent.
I made these 8 cards in less than two hours and have enough left to make 10 more cards and a couple of layouts!
I am in love!  You know I hate boring, flat cards..so I adore these with some added dimension, buttons, twine, clothes pins and so much more.  But they are not too bulky to mail. There is so much stuff!
The pictures below are of the October Kit that I won!  The November Kit became available today and ships on Friday.
They are priced great too...$22.99 plus $5.25 shipping if you get a monthly subscription or $24.99 plus $5.25 shipping if you just want to order one month!  Quite a bargain considering all the extras you get!  Unbelievable!
Check out the link above to see everything that you get!

Oh yes, and here's who stopped by today....so pretty and so safe here from all the hunters.

And please don't forget to vote for my card over at Practical Scrappers!  Here's the link:
