Just sharing a quick project created for Lori Whitlock ! I haven't created with vinyl in quite a while so I did a little tutorial over on Lori's Blog. Stop on over an take a peek. She has so many beautiful designs with the simple wreaths....one for everyone's style. I love how this turned out and it was so easy!
