Just checking in and scenes from the Capital
Just wanted to check in. I spent most of Christmas under the weather, terrible cold and terrible asthma...not much fun at all. I went home early Christmas Eve and forgot to draw for the give a way. Not feeling well and just wanted to go home. Yes, I am now feeling much better, just a slight little cold left. The winner of the give a way for last week is Shonna. Congrats, this collection will be fun to scrap the boy's Christmas memories. Shonna, hope to see you this week!
We went to Pierre, yesterday, to see all the trees at the Capital. Quite beautiful! I have tons of great shots, but the computer is not loading the card properly, so your stuck with just a few so so shots. Loved the trees, but most of all, loved the architecture of the Capital. I had never been there before, definitely worth the trip.

See, I told you I loved the architecture the most!! How great is this drinking fountain?!!!?!

We had a great time, had tons of fun, and I will share more photos of the trees tomorrow and all the geese at Capital Lake. Unbelievable! The noise was truly unreal.
Don't forget that I will reopen the store on Friday, January 2nd with a 40% Pre inventory Sale. Only exclusions are Bo Bunny Double Dot Cardstock and special orders that I have already received.

He loves the snow and beauty of the area. I totally understood why he moved out there when I saw these photos. He loves to hike, snowboard, you name it, he loves to be outside and these photos show how gorgeous this area is. They are incredible shots...enjoy

Baby, It's Cold Outside
I don't think Calamity is impressed with all the cold weather apparel needed today...not a happy cat! Too cute to pass up the photo, though!! Thought I would check up on all of you and see if you are staying warm. Brrrr! Way too cold, why do we live here??? I know it's home, it's just seems the older I get the more I dislike the cold,(keep your comments to your selves.) Are you busy finishing up your Christmas Projects?? Make sure you leave a comment tonight or tomorrow about your projects or the one's that are not going to get done, to get your name in a drawing for the Bucket of Blooms from Prima. I will draw at the end of the day tomorrow!!
Thanks to all of you that have left a comment or emailed me pictures...I have a couple of emails that I have received with wonderful projects but the photos are too big for me to copy to the blog. It works best to send them as a jpg., hope that helps. Michelle and Lauri both sent me the cutest projects that I wanted to share, I just could not convert them over. I will throw your girl's names in the drawing, though!!
More great projects emailed to me by Kelly Straker all designed with Fancy Pants Holly Jolly! These are so much fun, Kelly these are all wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Love these giant paper clip magnets with the Holly Jolly chipboard. These are adorable. (I still think I going to have to swipe the table in background. Such a gorgeous color!!)
