We will be making this Fancy Pants Frame with a transparency overlay on Saturday morning, March 22 at 10:30 am. Cost is $20.00, scissors and adhesive required. The frame is 12x12 with a 4.75x4.75 opening for a picture. Sorry about the glare on the photo, the transparency reads Bloom where you are planted. A gorgeous gift, super simple and easy to make.
