It has been one year today, that I sold my scrapbook store. Things have changed so very much and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss that special little store, all the amazing friends and customers that became part of my world!
I create more,found my own style and love paper crafting even more than when I had the store.
I have had the most amazing year and been blessed with so much. My family is healthy and happy, our lives are good.
I won a couple paper crafting competitions, gained some confidence and through some urging of Christine Meyers, owner of Practical Scrappers, I started submitting Design Team Applications. Thank you so much Christine for the encouragement. I made a few teams, next came submitting projects for publication. I started submitting in April and I am thrilled to tell you that I have projects coming out in Northridge Publications (Cards and Create) over the next few months.
It's been an incredible journey and appreciate all of you taking this journey with me!

and Oh' how we miss you so very much!! I am happy for you in the sense that you have finally got to create more, got chosen for design teams AND been published, you really do amazing work!!!! However, I miss going to the little store down town and chit chatting with everyone that comes in, eating ARmadillos steam burger in the back room and stalking the UPS man waiting for the "perfect box" to finally get there and digging and claiming my loot before it was even out of the package. I miss you SOOOOO much!!!!
