Buy a packet of peanut butter cookie mix and bake. When they come out of the oven put a chocolate star in the middle of each one. So easy and quick. Nancy Schurger

I agree with Nancy - peanut butter cookie mix and chocolate stars are one of our regular holiday cookies, but another family favorite is Goofy Balls:

Goofy Balls

1 bag caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 large bags of large marshmallows
3/4 cups margarine
Rice Krispies
toothpicks

Unwrap caramels. Melt caramels and margarine together in double boiler pan until well blended. Add condensed milk. Mix well. Stick a toothpick in the marshmallow and dip into the caramel mixture. Shake off excess caramel. Roll in Rice Krispies. Place on wax paper. Keep in well sealed container.

Everything I make is easy, or I wouldn't make it! The fastest and yummiest would have to be
Chocolate Covered Pretzels.

Dip pretzels in melted chocolate.
Add red or green sprinkles!

Oh Henry Bars
2/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup white syrup
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
4 cups oatmeal
1/2 pkg chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
Mix margarine, brown sugar, syrup and vanilla together. Add oatmeal. Press into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, no longer. Cool and frost with melted chips and peanut butter, mixed well together.
Do not melt chips and peanut butter till pan is completely cooled off. When packing oatmeal mixture in pan, pack it really hard or it will crumble. Enjoy!

whoo hoo finally won, thank you so much this will be fun to play with.

I'm a chocoholic so of course have to make fudge every year. For years did the marshmello fudge, then my son found a recipe with cream cheese in it and now make it every year.

Cream cheese fudge

4 squares unsweetented chocolate
2- 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. walnuts or pecans chopped

line a 8 inch sq pan with wax paper. set aside. melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat. stirring frequently; cool slightly. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy. Add vanilla and salt, gradually adding powdered sugar and beating constantly until smooth. Beat melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture; add nuts and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate until firm, about a hour. cut into 1 inch squares.

Hint; use a powerful mixer on this, it will bog down hand mixers. I learned the hard way, burnt up the motor on my hand mixer.

I would have to say that Diet Busters as we like to call them is my favorite.

1 cup of sugar
1 cup of light corn syrup
Stirring constantly bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat stir in
1 cup peanut butter.

Add mixture to 6 cups for rice krispies. Spread mixture in to a WELL buttered 9 X 13 pan.

In a microwavable bowl, mix 1 bag of chocolate chips and 1 bag of butterscotch chips. Heat on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and heat again on HIGH for a minute more. Mix well. If you still have small chunks of chips, repeat the 1 minute and mixing until completely smooth. Pour over the krispies.

I'm going to try something new that looks easy: melt a bag of white chocolate chips. Spread in 9 x 13 pan until cool. Melt mint chips and spread on top of white chocolate. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top. After it hardens, break into pieces.

Oh..I really want this one! My family's new favorite recipe is for Oreo Balls

1 package regular size Oreo cookies, crushed

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 package white almond bark

1.Using a blender or hand held mixer, mix Oreos and cream cheese together.
2.Roll into walnut size balls.
3.Chill for an hour.
4.Melt approximately 3/4 package of white almond bark.
5.Stick a toothpick in an Oreo ball and dip it in the melted white almond bark.
6.Allow to harden on wax paper.
Takes about 15 min.

Some people drizzle chocolate almond bark over the top..my family never lets me get that far! soooo yummy!
